I was born and raised in Florida. In 1991 I moved to Wisconsin with a friend and met the love of my life, Jim. After a short two-month courtship we married in November of 1991. My family moved to Dinwiddie County in 1997 where I have been actively involved in various churches in the area. In 2009 I found my church home here at Smyrna Baptist. I started working as one of our part-time administrative assistants in July of 2017 and became the full-time administrative assistant in 2018. God has blessed me beyond measure with two wonderful children (a daughter and son), four granddaughters and a grandson. When I am not working or serving at Smyrna Baptist this 'empty-nester' enjoys sewing, cooking and spending time my husband, my grandkids and my church family.
